I just finished up Christina’s Bombshell Bootcamp 6 week program and I must say It was the best money I have ever spent. I usually don’t stick with my fitness goals but I was able to not only meet but surpass my goal. Her meal plans and recipes were so simple to follow. I bought all the staples the first week and went all in. I’m so thankful I did because I lost over 7 pounds the first week alone. Her workouts are quick and easy but the best part is being able to see the results. I lost a total of over 19 pounds and 16 inches in 6 weeks!! Having to post the daily journal helped to keep me accountable. Some of the group members were there to encourage me along the way. Anytime I had a question Christina was quick to get back to me with a response. I could go on and on but the bottom line is if you stick with her program you WILL see results. I’m taking everything I learned and continuing my journey along with making changes for my family as well. I look forward to working with her again in the near future.

Hi Bombshells!!! It’s July!!!! Time to make a change! Don’t wait til next Monday, don’t wait til after July 4th, do it now. This body has birthed 3kids and I’m super proud of it. Last year was a rough whirlwind of having my 3rd, breaking my foot and spraining both ankles but when February came and I was released to start working out again I went after it and focused. I still have so far to go, but every baby step is in the right direction and every good decision gets me closer to my ultimate goal. Just remember it’s a lifestyle and nutrition is everything! I’m thankful for my beautiful Bombshellmamas clients and how they’ve encouraged me to keep pushing as well! The left is in me in February of this year and the right is me yesterday morning! There is no quick fix, no diet pill, no detox juice, just clean eating and working out! And you can do it to!💗🏃🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️
